Nada
Nada Topić is a Croatian lawyer, feminist, and humanist activist, and the driving force behind the pioneering women’s support network, Brave Sisters.

In 2011, Peratović founded the Center for Civil Courage, a humanist-feminist organization dedicated to promoting secular values, feminism, civil courage, and women's rights in Croatia.

In 2014, she authored Humanism for Children, a book aimed at introducing secular and humanist values to young readers—translated into multiple languages. She later served on the boards of the Swiss Association of Freethinkers and the European Humanist Federation, strengthening her influence in secular and feminist circles across Europe.

In September 2020, amid mounting obstacles to abortion access in Croatia, Topić launched Brave Sisters under the umbrella of the Center for Civil Courage. The network offers women empathetic, practical support—providing information, moral support, and accompaniment to medical appointments for abortion care.

Beyond Croatia, Topić contributes to the international feminist and humanist movement—participating in events and advocacy that bridge regional activism with global efforts for women’s rights.
